We are delighted about our collaboration and the creation of the Coaching for a Better Society program.

Through Coaching for a Better Society, non-profits are teamed up with executive and team coaches who they work one-on-one with to achieve specific developmental goals, move forward their strategy and bring out the best performance in themselves and their teams.

Coaching is a highly personalised process and differs from mentorship in that it is non-directive versus the directive nature of mentorship. It also tends to be more performance and objective driven, designed to improve job performance, achieve specific goals, work through limiting beliefs. It may also impact certain attributes such as confidence and social interaction.

Team coaching is often confused to team building but the two are very different. The ICF website defines team coaching as “partnering in a co-creative and reflective process with a team on its dynamics and relationships in a way that inspires them to maximize their abilities and potential to reach their common purpose and shared goals. Team Coaching empower teams to work toward continued high performance and ongoing development, requiring innovation, flexibility, adaptability, and goal alignment – all traits that coaching helps support”.

Working with experienced certified coaches, this program is a rewarding experience for the coaches and coachees.
