We are excited to share that a new round of the Coaching for a Better Society team coaching program is underway! This initiative, a collaboration between Business for Better Society (BBS) and Inpower One, continues to grow as we connect nonprofit teams with experienced, dedicated coaches who are currently completing their International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification in team coaching.

Team coaching is more than just guidance, it’s a process designed to unlock collective potential. It supports teams in improving how they work together, strengthening communication, navigating challenges, and building the capabilities they need to fulfil their mission more effectively. In the nonprofit world where teams often work with limited resources, team coaching can be transformative.

During the previous cohort, one of the participating organisations, shared:

“We appreciate your continued support towards building the capacity of the organisation. We also send our gratitude for connecting us to Jasmin to coach the organisation. We’ve really benefited. She will not leave us the way she found us and this is due to your passion and efforts to develop us.”

This quote highlights what we hear so often from organisations, which is that team coaching doesn’t just offer a short-term boost; it can change how teams work long-term. It helps build clarity around goals, increases accountability, and fosters a healthier, more resilient team culture.

For nonprofit teams, the benefits are clear:

  • Improved Collaboration: Coaches help teams identify communication gaps and develop stronger, more collaborative dynamics.
  • Clarity of Purpose: Many nonprofits have broad, ambitious missions. Team coaching supports teams to align their day-to-day work with their larger purpose.
  • Better Conflict Navigation: Differences of opinion are natural, but how they’re handled makes all the difference. Coaching helps teams approach conflicts constructively.
  • Sustainable Growth: With stronger internal processes and team cohesion, organisations are better equipped to grow and deliver impact in a sustainable way.

As this new round begins, we are excited to see how these coaching partnerships will help nonprofit teams strengthen their impact in the months ahead. We are deeply grateful to the coaches who generously share their time and expertise, and to Inpower One for their continued collaboration and commitment. Together, we are building stronger, more resilient organisations that are better equipped to serve their communities and create lasting impact.
