The Finding Peace in a Frantic World Mindfulness Programme is designed for busy people who want to learn mindfulness skills. The programme is based on the best-selling book by Mark Williams and Danny Penman and teaches how to apply mindfulness to manage stress, improve well-being and cultivate more joy in daily life.
The programme consists of 8 weekly sessions of one hour each (the first and last sessions may be 1.5 hours), plus 20 minutes of daily home practice.
The sessions cover topics such as waking up to the present moment, breaking free from unhelpful patterns, relating differently to thoughts and emotions, and practicing kindness. The programme is suitable for beginners and anyone who wants to know more about how mindfulness can help them meet the challenges of life.
We’re delighted to again partner with Mr. Chris Cheung to deliver this 8-week series. Chris Cheung an experienced facilitator, certified by Oxford Mindfulness Foundation, and click here to learn more about Chris’ background.
