Business for Better Society is thrilled to announce our annual 8-week mindfulness program, “Finding Peace in a Frantic World,” returning this autumn. In collaboration with Mr. Chris Cheung from A Tool Kit for Life, this program offers valuable tools to enhance personal well-being and mindfulness for those in the nonprofit sector.
Program Highlights:
– 8 weekly sessions from November 28, 2024, to January 16, 2025
– Sessions held every Thursday, 12:00 PM – 1:15 PM GMT
– Facilitated by experienced mindfulness practitioner, Mr. Chris Cheung
– No participation fee; participants are requested to make a small donation to a local charity instead
